Last updated August 14, 2026Pre-launch draft
Important: This is a product-specific working draft and should be reviewed by qualified privacy counsel before public launch.
01

Scope and who we are

This policy explains how DRIP handles personal information through this pre-launch website and, when available, the DRIP mobile experience. DRIP is a community-powered fashion discovery platform connecting personal style, user profiles, creators, designers, live programming, virtual try-on, and retail discovery.

Features described on this website are in development. We will update this policy before materially different data practices go live.

02

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Email addresses submitted for early access or product updates.
  • Messages and business information you provide when contacting us.
  • When the app launches: account details, profile information, style preferences, saved products, posts, comments, follows, community activity, and creator or designer information you choose to publish.
  • Photos, short videos, garment images, and related metadata you choose to upload for posts, closets, or virtual try-on.

Information collected automatically

We may receive device, browser, IP address, referral, page interaction, and diagnostic information through hosting, security, and analytics services. We do not claim to collect categories that are not enabled in the product.

03

How we use information

  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve DRIP.
  • Manage the early-access list and send requested launch communications.
  • Personalize fashion discovery, feeds, Style DNA, recommendations, and product suggestions when those features are enabled.
  • Support profiles, communities, creator tools, live experiences, moderation, and virtual try-on.
  • Measure aggregate product engagement and understand which experiences are useful.
  • Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect users, partners, and the service.

We will not use an uploaded try-on or closet image for materially unrelated purposes without appropriate notice or permission.

04

How information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help us host, store, secure, analyze, moderate, or communicate about the service. The current waitlist uses Supabase infrastructure. Providers may process information only for the services they perform for DRIP, subject to their terms and our agreements.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, during a corporate transaction, or with your direction. Public posts, profiles, comments, and activity are visible according to the audience and settings shown in the product.

Retailers and affiliate networks may receive standard referral and transaction attribution information when you follow a shopping link. Retailer sites govern information collected during checkout.

05

Your choices and controls

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link provided in the message. When account features launch, we expect to provide controls for profile visibility, communications, content removal, and account deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain processing.

Submit privacy requests through the Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

06

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, safety, and legitimate business records. Retention periods vary by data type and product status.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use care when deciding what to post publicly.

07

Children and age requirements

DRIP is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Additional minimum-age requirements may apply to particular app features or locations.

A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information may contact us through the Contact page.

08

International use and policy changes

DRIP and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

We may revise this policy as the service develops. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change is material. Your continued use after an effective update is subject to the revised policy.
