THE RULES OF THE EXPERIENCE

Terms of Use

The terms that support a creative, safe, transparent, and useful DRIP experience for users, creators, designers, and partners.

Last updated August 14, 2026Pre-launch draft
Important: This is a pre-launch working draft. Company identity, jurisdiction, dispute terms, and other legally required provisions must be completed by counsel before launch.
01

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern access to the DRIP website and, when released, the DRIP application and related services. By using DRIP, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age stated for the service in your location. Users under the age of legal majority should use DRIP only with permission from a parent or guardian.

02

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining credential security, and activity under your account. Notify DRIP if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not misuse DRIP, interfere with its operation, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of the service, evade safety systems, impersonate others, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use the service for fraud, harassment, illegal commerce, or harmful activity.

03

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant DRIP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably needed to operate, improve, promote, and provide the service, consistent with your settings and applicable law.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload the content, including consent from identifiable people where required. You may not upload content that infringes rights or violates the Community Guidelines.

04

Community, creators, and moderation

Profiles, rankings, recommendations, badges, challenges, and engagement signals are product features—not guarantees of reach, income, status, or opportunity. DRIP may review, limit, label, remove, or preserve content and may suspend accounts to enforce these Terms, protect safety, or meet legal obligations.

Creator and designer opinions are their own. Unless clearly stated, user content is not endorsed by DRIP.

05

Products, retailers, and affiliate links

DRIP may show products and link to independent retailers. DRIP is not the seller of record unless expressly stated. Product descriptions, prices, inventory, shipping, returns, warranties, payment processing, and checkout are controlled by the retailer and may change without notice.

DRIP may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through certain links. This does not increase the price solely because a link is commissionable. See the Affiliate Disclosure for details.

06

Virtual try-on and style features

Virtual try-on, Style DNA, Style Coach, fit previews, and recommendations are creative and informational tools. Results may be approximate and should not be treated as guarantees of garment fit, color, appearance, availability, professional styling outcomes, or purchase suitability.

You remain responsible for evaluating products, sizing information, retailer terms, and purchase decisions.

07

Intellectual property

DRIP’s software, interface, branding, designs, compilation, and original materials are owned by DRIP or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant permission to use DRIP trademarks, branding, or protected product assets except as necessary to use the service.

To report alleged infringement, contact DRIP with identification of the work, the disputed material, your contact details, and a good-faith statement supporting the request.

08

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DRIP is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, specific recommendations, retailer availability, or particular commercial results.

To the extent permitted by law, DRIP and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or losses arising from third-party retailers, user content, or decisions made using the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

09

Changes, suspension, and contact

We may change, test, suspend, or discontinue features as DRIP develops. We may update these Terms and will post the revised date and provide additional notice where required. Material terms such as governing law, dispute procedures, and company identity must be finalized before launch.

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the Contact page.
